9x999 Terms & Conditions

In this document, "9x999", "platform" or "site" refers to the 9x999.bar website and all services operated under it. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who has created an account on this platform or is using its services.

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, the same IP address, or the same identity is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in all accounts being closed and funds on deposit may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be true, complete and up to date. Providing false information will result in the account being suspended or permanently closed. If any information changes, the member must notify the support team immediately.

Only the following payment methods are supported on the 9x999 platform:

Transactions cannot be completed using any method other than those listed above.

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if additional verification is required or in unusual circumstances. The platform is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues or third parties.

If suspicious or fraudulent financial activity is identified, 9x999 may suspend a withdrawal and request additional documents for identity verification. We are obligated to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

New members may receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000

A specified deposit amount must be made to receive the bonus, and the bonus must be used within the designated activation period.

To withdraw any winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (the wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus). Example:

• ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings

Attempting to withdraw a bonus directly without completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

9x999 has three VIP tiers, each with a weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through consistent active play. Each promotion may have its own separate terms.

Any attempt to exploit the bonus system unfairly — such as opening multiple accounts, placing synthetic bets, or manipulating the system — will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure. 9x999 uses advanced technology to detect such activity.

All games on 9x999 are conducted fairly and transparently. We use SSL encryption and enforce Fair Play policies. Any form of cheating, hacking, use of software bots, or game manipulation is strictly prohibited, and any account found engaging in such activity will be permanently closed.

If a technical error or disconnection during a game session makes the outcome uncertain, the platform will make a decision based on system logs. Server logs will be treated as conclusive evidence. • Attempting to manipulate the bonus system
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users

In the event of a violation of the above rules, 9x999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. If an account is closed due to irregular activity, any bonus balance will be cancelled, and in specific cases the original deposit will also be reviewed and settled in accordance with applicable rules.
